Review approved, paid and unfulfilled orders
The connector's order list uses approved, paid orders that have not been fulfilled. The booking flow rechecks the current order, so a cancellation or payment change is considered before dispatch. For a gift or care package, confirm the recipient details belong to the person receiving it, not simply the person who placed the order.

The integration can create a Wix fulfillment with the tracking link at pickup. Supported outcomes such as delivery, failure or return appear in order activity.
