In-store pickup and same-day delivery
An agent orders from a local shop, then sends a driver to collect the prepaid order and hand it to the customer with a photo.
- Shopping agents
- concierge assistants
- e-commerce chatbots
- marketplace apps

Agents can place an order in a browser or over an API, but the last hundred metres, someone walking into the store and carrying the bag out, has no API. Until now the agent had to hand the task back to a human.
How it works
The agent completes the purchase and receives an order reference
create_store_pickup with the store address, order reference, drop-off and recipient
A driver collects the order, photographs it at the counter and delivers with the recipient's name recorded
The agent reads proof and confirms; the customer gets a tracking link
