RentADriver for Zapier

Build delivery workflows with Webhooks by Zapier.

Connect Zapier to the RentADriver API for quotes, approved bookings and delivery events. The API route is available now; the native Zapier app is planned and is not available for installation.

Set up with the APIExplore the API

Start in sandbox

  1. Create a sandbox API key in the RentADriver console and select a country workspace. Store the key in your Zapier connection, never in a URL.

  2. Use Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request. Send x-api-key, x-workspace-id and Content-Type: application/json. Call GET /v1/automation/connection and confirm the account, currency and sandbox mode.

  3. Request a quote with POST /v1/quotes. Review its price, currency and expiry before booking.

  4. Call POST /v1/automation/deliveries with the approved quote ID, currency, max_price_cents and a stable source_id from your order. Start with dryRun: true and fund: false.

  5. Poll GET /v1/automation/events?after=0&limit=100 for new events. Process the full batch, deduplicate event IDs and save next_cursor as text. Repeat until empty.

Delivery events

  • Authenticated delivery event polling is available.
  • A Catch Hook alone does not verify the sender. Verify an event through the authenticated API before acting, or use a receiver that verifies the webhook signature.

Keep booking under your control

Book only from an approved, unexpired quote. Keep its currency, price ceiling in integer minor units and source ID unchanged on retries. An expired or more expensive quote needs a new approval.

Validation creates nothing. Funding is a separate opt-in; enabling it in live mode spends from your existing wallet and starts dispatch. Confirm the connection’s mode and workspace before enabling a workflow.
