RentADriver for Make
An OAuth Custom App pilot for Make scenarios.
A private RentADriver Custom App pilot is being tested in Make. Connect a sandbox account through OAuth, or use the HTTP module with our API today. The app is not published in the Make catalogue.
Start in sandbox
Request the private sandbox pilot and tell us which country workspace your scenario will use.
Follow the supplied Custom App setup and connect RentADriver using OAuth. Choose sandbox during consent.
Run Get Connection and confirm the account, workspace, currency and mode before activating the scenario.
The pilot includes action definitions for quotes, booking from a quote, delivery lookup and event polling. Validate each action in your scenario before use.
Keep booking approval explicit. Validate only creates nothing; funding and dispatch must be enabled deliberately.
Delivery events
- Get Delivery Events is a polling action, not an instant trigger.
- Process all returned events before saving the text cursor; deduplicate by event ID.
Keep booking under your control
Book only from an approved, unexpired quote. Keep its currency, price ceiling in integer minor units and source ID unchanged on retries. An expired or more expensive quote needs a new approval.
Validation creates nothing. Funding is a separate opt-in; enabling it in live mode spends from your existing wallet and starts dispatch. Confirm the connection’s mode and workspace before enabling a workflow.
