How do I enter package dimensions correctly?
Short answer. Enter length, width and height in centimetres for one package, and use quantity for the number of identical packages. Provide all three dimensions together or leave all three blank. Partial measurements are rejected with the package number and missing fields.

- ✓ Multiple identical parcels
- ✓ Long or unusually shaped items
Limits and responsibilities
- • Each supplied dimension must be positive and no greater than 1,000 cm; vehicle limits are much smaller
- • Leaving measurements blank uses size estimates and makes the match provisional
- • Volume alone does not prove that a particular arrangement will fit
